Q: Why should I order from your website?
A: There are many options for ordering comic books on the internet. Our service is designed to satisfy our boss, THE CUSTOMER. We will do whatever it takes to bring you the best service AND save you the most money possible. We want to stretch your comic buying dollar to its limit!
Q: What is pre-ordering?
A: Pre-Ordering is placing an order with us two months in advance of the release date. That way we can provide you with a larger discount. This in turn means that you can buy more comic books for less money.
Q: How do I place orders?
A: Our shopping cart allows you to add the comic books that you want to receive. Simply include all of the books that you want to purchase, make payment, then wait for them to arrive at your door! Place your order by the due date to receive the largest discount.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: This depends on what shipping method you choose, and the frequency of your shipment. It will be up to 2 months after the order cut-off date before your order is sent out. For example, orders placed in July will be for items shipping in September.
If you choose weekly shipping, the first shipment will go out after the first Wednesday in September and then every week thereafter. Monthly shipping (best value!) will mean your order will be shipped after the last Wednesday in September. Monthly orders placed at the very beginning of July won't be sent out until the end of September, so in that instance it will actually be 3 months from the time your order is placed before you would receive it.
Orders shipped via UPS will probably get to you a little bit quicker than those shipped through the post office, but will cost you a little more to ship too. Bound Printer Matter rate is the cheapest method, but will take longer than Priority Mail.
Comic Books For Less is not responsible for comics that are late in shipping to us. Unfortunately, comics are delayed all of the time. We will ship all comics that arrive during a month's time and you will always receive your entire order eventually.
Q: What if I receive damaged product, or I am missing an item?
A: Hopefully you never need to use this, but occasionally, since we are human, an error may occur. If there is a problem, simply email us at replacement@comicbooksforless.com and let us know what has happened. You will get a response on what to do next. Damaged items will need to be returned. You will be sent a replacement copy at no charge.
Missing items will be filled at no charge. Notification of damaged and missing items needs to be done within 2 days of the receipt of your order.
Q: Do you ship to countries other than the United States?
A: No, not unless requested. Due to lack of interest we have eliminated this option. If you live outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at international@comicbooksforless.com to find out shipping options and prices.
Q: I have already placed my order for the month, can I add to it?
A: Yes. Add to your order as many times as you like. When you go to checkout, choose the $0 Add to Existing Order shipping method. This is exactly why it is there.
Q: Since you have a $0 shipping option, why should I choose one of the other options?
A: Unless your order is actually an addition to an order, or you have received permission from a Comic Books For Less representative to use this option, your order will not be processed. You are expected to pay a shipping charge each month that you order.
Q: Do you offer comics from all publishers?
A: We feature the 4 main publishers (Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse) plus Dynamite Entertainment and IDW Publishing on our website and also include a few more notable titles under the Other Pre-Orders category. If you see a comic book offered in the Previews magazine that isn't showing on our website, email us before the order cutoff date at orders@comicbooksforless.com to have it made available for sale. |
